Specialty Apples

An array of heirloom varieties plus our own Hidden Rose Apple® -- it's red all the way through the fruit! Pies bake red too! This is a lemon-strawberry flavored medium sized apple with a green and red blush skin. As far as we know, we are the only commercial growers of this apple.
